Reports to: AP/AR Manager
Key Functional Relationships:
The role will require the administrator to support their colleagues within the Accounts Administration team, as well AP/AR Manager, Senior Accountant and Finance Manager, as well assist Orders Processing and Customer Service team with relevant matters
Role Overview
The Accounts administrator will be part of a small, friendly and inclusive team based in Wandsworth, London. The role will suit a graduate, new or experienced accounts administrator looking for a varied role with opportunity to develop across a range of accounting areas.
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing inbox queries for one or more companies, handing internal and external accounting queries
• Support in processing accounts payable with invoice entry and coding, ensuring all transactions are correctly filed
• Support with accounts receivable, credit control, and customer credit notes
• Assist in reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts
• Analysis and processing of expense data
• Entering data in SAP system including Customer and Supplier set up, updating customer contact information and credit terms
• Support with team project work including preparation of documents for financial audits, supporting the business and other departments with financial matters
• Assisting accounts team administration – various tasks from phone calls and responding to email queries, to filing and analysing data as required

Working Hours
42.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 8am until 5pm.
30 minutes lunch break and two paid tea breaks of 15 minutes each
